About Us

Shop Taipei is a business venture run by two guys who live at the opposite ends of the planet.  We created this store because we want to bring one of the most popular activities of Taipei locals to you - night markets.  Everything we sell is found and inspected at various night markets around Taipei.

Who are we?

We are two buddies that grew up in Ottawa (the capital of Canada).  The 帥哥 (cool dude) in the back is Eric, moved back to Taipei a few years ago since he can't stand the harshness of Canadian winters.  The 跟帥的小弟弟 (cooler dude) in the front is Jesse, who still currently lives in Ottawa, mostly because he loves hockey.  The two meet once or twice a year either in Taipei or in Ottawa when they brave the 24hr flight between Ottawa and Taipei.
